JD program gives you access to traditional recruitment paths (tho it's harder with a 2 year program) as well as social events with JDs and being able to get outlines from 2Ls etc. Also after you graduate you'll have the same credentials as any US JD. Not to say that you can't succeed with an LLM but it's harder.
